Sweepful is operated by FIFTY2 - FZCO. This policy covers sweepful.app and the photo-cleaning app described on this website. For privacy questions or requests, contact [email protected].

Sweepful analyzes photos on your iPhone. We do not upload your photo or video content to our servers or to RevenueCat for analysis. No Sweepful account is required.

Photos and videos

With your permission, the app accesses photos and videos through Apple Photos. You can grant full or limited access and change that permission in iPhone Settings. Thumbnail analysis and similarity comparisons run on the device. Photo content, filenames, Photos asset identifiers and thumbnail fingerprints are not sent to the developer or RevenueCat by the app.

If you request a preview that is stored in iCloud, Apple Photos may download it under your Apple settings and Apple’s policies. Sweepful requests deletion only after review and confirmation. iCloud Photos may synchronize deletions to other devices. Apple controls Recently Deleted and recovery.

Information stored on your device

The app stores keep decisions, cleanup history, settings and the free removal allowance locally to provide those features. Device backups may include this information according to your Apple backup settings. Local records remain until removed through available app controls or when the app’s data is deleted. Reinstalling or restoring device backups can affect local records.

Subscriptions and purchases

Apple processes payment. Sweepful does not receive full payment-card details. When the purchase service is configured, RevenueCat helps validate purchases, manage subscription access and restore purchases. It processes an app-specific identifier, transaction and subscription information, and technical service information such as network information needed to deliver the service.

Apple and RevenueCat may retain purchase and service records for billing, fraud prevention, support and legal obligations. Their infrastructure may process information outside your country. Learn more in Apple’s privacy policy and RevenueCat’s privacy policy. Sweepful is currently preparing for release; the purchase integration may be unavailable in preview builds.

Support requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to provide. We use it to respond, investigate issues and maintain relevant support records. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive photo content. Support information is retained while needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may ask us to delete information we control, subject to applicable requirements.

This website

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. Network requests disclose information such as your IP address, browser information, requested URL and request time to the hosting service for delivery, reliability and security. This website does not add advertising pixels, behavioral analytics scripts, contact forms or a mailing-list database. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of service data.

Advertising and tracking

The current app does not include a Meta advertising SDK, request access to the advertising identifier, or upload photo content for advertising. Optional Apple Ads attribution is disabled in the current configuration. We do not sell your personal information. If the app’s data practices change, we will update this policy before applying those changes.

Your choices and rights

You can change Photos permissions, delete local app data, and manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection concerning personal information we control, and to raise concerns with an appropriate privacy authority. Contact [email protected] to make a request. We may need to verify your request without collecting unnecessary information. We cannot retrieve photos or local-only records that the app has not sent to us.

Why we use information

We use the limited information described here to provide app features, verify optional purchases, respond to support requests, secure the service and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable, these purposes rely on providing a requested service, legitimate service and security interests, legal obligations or your consent. Revoking Photos permission stops future authorized access; it does not cancel an Apple subscription.

Changes to this policy

We will publish updates here with a revised effective date. Material changes to permissions or data use will also be explained in the app where appropriate. This policy will be updated before new features with different data practices are released.
